Training Institute and the Open University of British Columbia, Mr Shirlaw also
spent time teaching at the Canadian Coast Guard College.

experience in various facets of the marine industry including time at sea, Mr
Shirlaw not only is a wealth of knowledge, but can easily deliver presentations
